Navigating the Office of the Pastor – Lisa Rattler

In the role as assistant to the Senior Pastor, we are to effectively manage how we share the desires for the ministry to the staff, the congregation, and the community. We must learn the best methods of communication and their expectations of us in order to carry out their plans. Whether we are in a part-time or in full-time position this can be an interesting and sometimes challenging task. Let’s also discuss how we have shifted from traditional roles as assistants to the new virtual space.
