About IC3 Church Conference

The IC3 Church Conference is dedicated to equipping church leaders with the tools, insights, and inspiration necessary to grow and strengthen their ministries. IC3 provides a platform for pastors, ministers, and church leaders to engage in transformative breakout sessions, hear from renowned speakers, and connect with a supportive community of faith leaders. Hosted by Pastor Ralph Douglas West, IC3 is inspired by the biblical spirit of the Sons of Issachar—leaders who understood the times and acted accordingly to serve God’s purpose. Held in Houston, TX, this conference is an opportunity for church leaders to deepen their spiritual insight and develop strategies for meaningful church growth in today’s ever-evolving world.

This year’s theme is The Issachar Mandate: Celebrating a Decade of Prophetic Witness.
