Life After Loss: Leading While Grieving – R. Janae Pitts-Murdock

This workshop explores the profound challenges of leading a congregation while navigating personal grief. Drawing from my experience of pastoring through loss, we will reflect on the weight of ministry after experiencing various kinds of losses, especially the deaths of church members. Together, we will consider ways to sustain our calling, tend to our own healing, and lead with resilience in the face of ongoing loss.
