As executive and administrative assistants, we begin to discover additional gifts the longer we stay in the position. I believe God wants us to utilize what we have learned to help mentor others. Our gifts become tools and resources that we can share with the body of Christ or in Corporate America. What happens when we become complacent or stagnant in doing the day-to-day operations and we feel like there’s nowhere else to go?
