This class will provide counsel and guidance to simplifying the complexities of obtaining commercial capital. We will review and discuss ones borrowing potential, accurate & consistent financial reporting, different financing options, proper and orderly sequence of events to build a new facility or an expansion project. We will discuss counting the cost before committing to any one facility option and hiring wise counsel to help bring all partners together for a successful project. We will discuss the importance of churches creating additional revenue streams. We will also discuss does your church offer members financial literacy and understanding money classes? We will also discuss the financial struggle within the black community and impact to tithing and how can we increase members giving back to the church?
