Leadership During Times of Transition – Terri K. Anderson

Nailing down a definite “how to” model of leadership is hard because the practice of the art is always under examination. Everything around us is constantly changing. Change is the river in which we swim. Sometimes the current is strong and swift. At other times swift transitions leave us unprepared. Swift transitions and transitions of any kind require leadership. In this class, I hope to give attention to how transitional leadership works during times of transition.
