Building Sustainable Strategic Partnerships to Maximize and Expand Ministry Impact – Alisha Trusty

During this workshop, participants will engage in an interactive facilitated discussion that will unpack best practices for identifying, establishing, and sustaining strategic partnerships with a variety of governmental, corporate, non-profit, and religious organizations to develop and expand ministry outreach and programming. Discussion topics will include identifying goals, vetting potential partners, clarifying shared goals and roles, mitigating potential obstacles and risks, and establishing guidelines for project management and evaluation.
