This workshop session will help guide churches in being strategic in their efforts to reach the Next Generation and their families. It would help give leaders and the church a tailored roadmap for an intentional and impactful children & youth ministry that resonates with Gen Z and Gen Alpha and those raising this new generation of believers. It would help guide leaders to design a mission, vision, and goals for the ministry and help leaders clarify and communicate purpose for their churches’ next-generation ministry.
