The Servant Leader’s Playbook is a practical workshop designed for those who serve in the support seat of ministry, including support pastors, ministers, ministry leaders, staff members, and volunteers. This session focuses on strengthening the vital relationship between the senior pastor and those who help carry the vision of the house. Through nine key strategies, participants will learn how to better support leadership, protect unity, and serve with wisdom, loyalty, and excellence. The objective is to equip servant leaders with practical insight that helps them become stronger partners in advancing the mission and effectiveness of their local church, taking some of the burden off of their Senior Pastor.
