Pastoral Care involves so much of one giving of themselves to assist and enrich the lives of those who are in need. We do our best to be there for those who need to know that God loves them and that God is with them in their circumstances and situations. However, who is there for me when I am running on fumes or maybe, just maybe, when my tank is empty? In other words, who do I turn to when I am going through my challenges and disappointments? This session seeks to encourage those who assist the Pastor and the church in caring for their congregation. The goal of this class is to ensure that we are maintaining proper spiritual and mental balance through self-care awareness for ourselves and or our family.
