- People Resources: Vendors will be responsible for their own forms of payment/systems; also, always have your own staff available to man and operate your vendor table at all times.
- No food or drinks will be allowed in the booth/table/sanctuary areas; food will only be allowed in designated eating areas only. Absolutely no exceptions.
- Materials and products must be confined to your designated space (one standard 6-foot table only). No exceptions. Please consider purchasing two tables if you have an oversized display or significant product for sale.
- Only one single vendor can occupy a vendor booth space; audio levels must not be distracting to other vendors.
- Vendors are not allowed to attach anything to building floors, walls, or ceilings.
- Posters/display content must be in good taste.
- Products/materials cannot be shipped to the conference location. We do not have the resources/space to receive any shipments to our building. Please be prepared to bring your conference materials with you, the day of set-up.
- Please provide booth attendee names (at time of registration) for mandatory name tags.
- Vendors will need to provide website, business logo, any video uploads, and any documents (after registration) for advertising purposes.
- Vendor arrival & set up is Monday, April 28th, from 9:00AM to 5:00PM CST
- Vendor hours/ booth operation:
- 8:00AM – 4:30PM CST Tuesday, 4/29
- 8:00AM – 4:30PM CST Wednesday, 4/30
- 8:00AM – 4:00PM CST Thursday, 5/1 (booth breakdown must be completed by 5:00PM)
- Above ending times are subject to change
- Vendors won’t need to dismantle their booth each night (Tuesday and Wednesday); however, they will need to take their products with them each night. TCWW/IC3 will not be responsible for any loss of items or injuries.
- Table assignments will be determined by IC3 Conference Booth Coordination Team only.
Prior to the conference date, you will receive final logistics regarding table/booth information, parking, etc.
