GENERAL INFORMATION

Who can attend IC3?

IC3 is not just for pastors or preachers. This conference is designed for everyone serving in ministry—leaders, volunteers, teams, and those looking to grow in church development.

Is the evening worship service open to everyone?

Yes! The Tuesday night worship service is open to the public, so feel free to invite others to attend.

Will transportation be provided?

Shuttle transportation will be provided daily from the conference hotels and The Church Without Walls.

What is the dress code?

The dress code is business casual.
Tip: Wear comfortable shoes—this is a large venue and involves a lot of walking.

Do I need to wear my badge?

Absolutely. All attendees must wear their conference badge visibly at all times while in the building.

Registration

How can I modify or update my registration?

To make updates, you must:

  • Log into your registration account

  • Enter your access code

  • Complete your changes

Note: This process is required each time you make adjustments.

What is the refund policy?

IC3 has a no refund policy. If you are unable to attend the conference, you can transfer your registration to someone else.

Are group discounts available?

Yes! Discount pricing is available for groups when your Senior Pastor registers.

How do we receive discount codes?

All discount codes are sent directly to the Senior Pastor’s email.

Can I apply a discount code after registering?

No. Changes are not permitted if you register without using the discount code at the time of registration.

Do I need a unique email to register?

Yes. Each registration must have a unique email address.
