Registration
How can I modify or update my registration?
You will need your email and confirmation number to modify your registration. Please locate your confirmation email.

What is the refund policy?
IC3 has a no refund policy. If you are unable to attend the conference, you can transfer your registration to someone else.
Is there a conference hotel?
Yes. Our conference hotel is the Hyatt Regency Houston West. Click here to reserve your room.

Will transportation be provided?
Shuttle transportation will be provided daily from the conference hotel and The Church Without Walls.
Conference experience
Will the conference be virtual or held in person?
The conference will be held virtual and in person April 26-28, 2022 at The Church Without Walls Queenston campus.
Will I be limited to only accessing the sessions I selected?
You will be required to register for sessions that you attend in person. If you are attending virtually, you will have live access to conference main sessions and on-demand access to previously archived sessions
How do I access the online experience?
The online experience will take place in Brushfire Online. You will receive an email the week before the conference with your login credentials.
What does the online experience include?
- Access to live conference main sessions
- On-demand access to main sessions after in-person conference
- On-demand access to previously archived breakout sessions
- Six months access to virtual experience
How do I engage with other attendees during the online experience?
There are three ways you will be able to engage with other attendees during the conference:

COVID
What COVID protocols will be in place?
Masks are required at all times while inside The Church Without Walls. Social distancing is highly encouraged.
